This week on Friday Flashback, we’ve selected the 90s trance banger ‘Everyday’ from Northern Irish duo, Agnelli & Nelson!
With its slow build-up and powerful euphoric peaks & troughs, the track was first released in 1999 on UK label Xtravaganza and was a huge success in iconic UK clubs like Gatecrasher and Godskitchen.
Like a lot of trance EPs at the time, another version was later released with female vocals added, although the original 9-minute mix is definitely the go-to!!
During this magical era, Agnelli & Nelson collaborated with big-name trance artists like Matt Darey, Scott Bond, Solarstone, Chicane, and others. In addition to their countless remixes, other accolades included five Top 40 hits (UK) and numerous appearances on BBC Radio 1.
Producing music for other labels such as Tsunami Records and ID&T, the pair also produced massive club hits such as “El Niño” and “Holding On To Nothing”.
