Subsonic Music Festival has revealed its 2026 lineup, with A Guy Called Gerald, Henry Saiz, Peter Van Hoesen and Steve Bug among more than 100 artists heading to Riverwood Downs in New South Wales this November.
The underground electronic festival returns to its long-standing home in Monkerai, on Worimi Country, from 13–15 November 2026, with a programme spanning house, techno, progressive, psytrance, dub, jungle, bass and live electronic music.
Lineup highlights
Manchester electronic music pioneer A Guy Called Gerald is one of the standout names on this year’s bill, joined by Spanish progressive house producer Henry Saiz, Belgian techno artist Peter Van Hoesen and Poker Flat Recordings founder Steve Bug.
Australia’s progressive scene is also well represented, with Kasey Taylor appearing alongside names including Carbon, D-sens and Jesse Kuch. Elsewhere, Japanese selector Que Sakamoto and Australian electro and acid producer Reptant push the programme into more leftfield territory.
The lineup stretches considerably wider than house and techno. Strategy brings his blend of drum & bass and hip-hop to Subsonic, while Grouch appears both under his regular project and as Grouch in Dub. Psytrance, jungle, UK garage, dub, disco and breaks are also represented across the weekend.

The 750-acre property in Monkerai sits around three and a half hours north of Sydney and one hour from Newcastle, with five kilometres of mountain river frontage near the Barrington Tops region.
Camping from Friday through Sunday night is included with festival tickets, while glamping and other accommodation options are available separately. The site also has permanent toilets, hot showers and drinking-water taps.
