Usually held across two separate weekends in July, organisers of Tomorrowland festival have postponed the 2021 edition until the end of the summer.
For 2021 only, Tomorrowland will be moved to:
- Weekend 1: August 27, 28 and 29
- Weekend 2: September 3, 4 and 5
In a statement on their website, organisers said whilst they’re staying positive the event will go ahead this summer, the 16th edition could still take place in 2022. They went on to say that they expect to come back with a more detailed update in May.
Here’s a tweet they put out:
Held in the Belgium town of Boom each year, Tomorrowland is one of the largest dance music festivals on the planet, attracting around 400,000 festival-goers in 2019.
With its world-famous visually & audio production showcased across 10 different iconic stages, it has something for most electronic music fans – with genres including EDM, House, Techno, Trance, Drum & Bass, Hardstyle, and more.
If you didn’t already know — under ‘’usual’’ circumstances — tickets tend to fly out of the door early, so some might consider this a good opportunity to get something locked in.
